You can thus speak behind the camera while capturing the sound of a subject facing the camera without having to carry two microphones. And it does not end here: in addition to being able to choose whether to use only the front microphone or both, through the switch located on the microphone itself, you can, via the aux input, connect an external microphone (e.g. a cable lavalier or even a radio microphone) bypassing the rear capsule. A practical example: you can have the audio of an interviewed person without losing the environment, as happens with all other microphones of this type.
The microphone feeds directly from the car and is mounted on a dedicated Rycote suspension to dampen any vibration.
