The objective of this paid course is to provide all the technical, stylistic and cultural tools to successfully face the highly volatile scenarios in the production of reality documentaries, emphasizing the sense of strict adherence to the concrete difficulties that every documentary maker, of any level, must know how to manage to bring home their work.
The course will be divided into a series of independent modules, each of which will address specific aspects of the documentary production process: at the end of each the student will have developed the skills to master them and to define their own and personal approach to the topic in question. The teacher is Roberto Palozzi, documentary maker and scientific researcher.
In the last 10 years, on behalf of Erebus Production, he has directed about 60 documentaries and many services for the Italian National Television (RAI and MEDIASET), in particular for the longest running RAI program, "Geo" (RAI Tre, presented by Sveva Sagramola) and for the popular MEDIASET program, "Noah's Ark" (Canale 5, presented by Maria Luisa Cocozza).
For "Noah's Ark" he is also presenter of the "The explorer" column, with average television audience ratings of over 2,500,000 viewers. He was also the author and director of the Mediaset television program "Pianeta Mare" (Rete 4, presented by Tessa Gelisio).
