° High-quality two-channel digital transmission
By connecting the 2-channel receiver to 1 Sony camera that supports Multi Interface (MI) Shoe, such as a™ series interchangeable lens digital cameras or vlog cameras, the digital audio signal output from the receiver can be recorded directly from the body of the camera, for high-quality audio with minimal noise.
° Noise reduction filter functions
The microphone includes a noise-cancelling filter with digital signal processing and a low-pass filter that reduces low-frequency noise.
Less noise removal is required in post-production for greater efficiency.
° Compatible with Multi Interface Shoe
You can easily attach the receiver to a Sony camera that supports Multi Interface (MI) Shoe, such as a™ series interchangeable lens digital cameras or vlog cameras, without cables, allowing immediate sound capture and avoiding interference with the Vari-angle LCD monitor even when opened horizontally, for greater freedom and mobility when shooting.
° Microphone audio input/output
A 3.5mm mini-jack (monaural) is provided as the input terminal for the external microphone on the microphone side, while a 3.5mm mini-jack (stereo) on the receiver side serves as the terminal for the audio output.
In addition to audio capture via a compatible stereo lavalier microphone, you can also use the output to devices not equipped with the Multi Interface (MI) Shoe.

Digital audio (48 kHz/24 bit) can be output from the receiver via USB cable to a smartphone or PC, or to a device compatible with USB audio input for recording.
