After purchasing one of the products included in the initiative from 11/23/2020 to 11/30/2020, you must connect to the Canon Pass site and register the new purchase in the Canon Pass portal by creating a new profile or logging in with your credentials. br />
Once the confirmation of the correct registration of the product has been received (within 10 days by e-mail), the End User must access the Canon Pass again with their credentials and, by entering all the necessary information, request a refund on the product registered on the page dedicated to the initiative. The refund request must be made no later than 12/15/2020.
