Professional signal transmission system that allows you to carry the HDMITM signal over long distances via a Cat.5/6 network cable, taking advantage of the conversion of the HDMITM signal into a standard TCP/IP signal. Through a router or repeater with a cascade connection, the HDMITM signal can be extended unlimitedly. The IDATA EXTIP-373, also allows you to perform splitter function because a transmitter can be connected N receivers (max 253) to bring the HDMITM signal to different screens depending on the user's needs. Supports all HDMITM specifications including full HD 1080p, deep color, lip sync and CEC; it also supports all high-resolution multi-channel audio formats including Dolby Digital Plus, 7.1 LPCM, Dolby TrueHD and DTS Master Audio.
Due to the high bandwidth consumption, it is advisable to use these devices on dedicated networks or on separate VLAN port based.
Features
It transmits the digital audio video signal from the local drive (transmitter) to which the HDMITM source is connected to a remote unit (receiver) connected to the screen, via network cable
It carries the HDMITM signal up to 120 m using a Cat.6 network cable
The local unit if it is connected to several remote units via a switching hub, thus creating multi-point point connections
